Knitting the Woven Herringbone Stitch in the round is done so in the same number of rounds as there are rows when knitted flat. Even though there are many rounds, this pattern knits up quickly and is perfect for infinity scarves, moebius scarves, cowls, and hats. However, it’s important to keep in mind that this stitch pattern produces a thicker, denser knit, fantastic for garments designed for durability. If you’re interested in using this pattern to produce knits with a little more give and drape, it is recommended that you go up a couple of needle sizes.
