The Ribbed Slip Stitch looks like the normal ribbed stitch, however, the slipped stitches allows for the ribbing to stand out or raised. Knitting this in the round requires a multiple of three stitches and done in a short two-row repeat, this stitch is a very fast knit. Unlike the traditional rib stitch, the Ribbed Slip stitch is not reversible and does not produce the same stretchy effect that you’d find with the rib stitch.
